The principal owners of Bowen Asset Management are Zack Bowen and Linda Bowen. Together, they have over 50 years in financial services. Bowen Asset Management was formed with the idea of bringing the investment process from Wall Street to Main Street. We do not believe in commissions, trailing retainers or hidden fees. There is no reason why the investment process should not be simple, straightforward, honest, transparent and truly made in the best interest of the underlying client. We believe in Honesty, Integrity and Transparency.
Zack Bowen has been in the financial services business since 1982 and has worked for firms including Butcher & Singer, Kemper Securities, Janney Montgomery Scott and Commerce Bank with increasing duties and responsibilities over his 36 year career.
He held a variety of senior management positions including Director of Institutional Sales and Trading at Commerce Bank, Managing Director of various regional operations and divisional vice presidents of various sales teams. As part of the institutional research sales business Zack has worked primarily marketing investment ideas and strategies to analysts and portfolio managers at some of the largest financial institutions in the country.
Linda Bowen has over 22 years working on Wall Street, first as an economist with Dean Witter Reynolds, then as a financial services industry analyst with Merrill Lynch, Drexel Burnham Lambert and with Fiduciary Trust International. Her role was one of creating research ideas in the banking, insurance and financial services industries. Her ideas were used by portfolio managers investing funds for large institutions as well as individual investors. In addition she has worked six years in real estate, representing both individuals and investors.
